I specialize in full-service residential interior design, from whole-home renovations to kitchen and bathroom remodels.
While I take on decorating projects, my focus is on full-service design, meaning I don't just provide plans or color selections—I guide the entire process from concept to final installation.
Full-service design is a thoughtful process that requires time and a product budget that supports quality craftsmanship. If you're looking for a one-hour consultation or quick advice, my services may not be the right fit.
I offer full-service design, guiding you from start to finish.
The process includes planning (pre-design), conceptual design, design development (including product selection & purchasing), construction documentation for installation, and working with contractors to ensure the design is executed as intended.
If a project requires permitting, I can prepare and stamp non-structural construction documents that contractors must submit. If structural changes are involved, a structural engineer or architect will be required, and I can help identify and recommend professionals as part of the scoping process.
My goal is to make the process as seamless and stress-free as possible—challenges do come up, but I'm skilled at handling them.
Every project is unique, and budgets depend on scope and contractor pricing.
I focus on mid to high-end quality products because craftsmanship matters. Good design is an investment that should stand the test of time.
Many homeowners aren't sure what to expect when it comes to budgeting, and that's okay. After our initial consultation and part of the pre-design process, I'll walk you through a projected budget for furniture, fixtures, and equipment so we can agree on a plan that makes sense for your home.
It depends on the scope and my current schedule. I book new clients based on availability to ensure each project gets the attention it deserves.
As part of the proposal process, I provide an estimated timeframe for my design work.
Construction timelines vary depending on contractors, but I work closely with them to keep things on track.
